Commemorating the 100th Anniversary of the Armenian Genocide
The Khachaturian Trio comprised of pianist Armine Grigoryan, violinist Karen Shahgaldyan, and cellist Karen Kocharyan is widely considered as one of Armenia’s leading chamber music ensembles praised for its virtuoso performances, subtle sense of style, warm sound, and deep musicality. Educated at prestigious institutions including the Yerevan State Music Conservatory and the Moscow Conservatory, these three colleagues have performed to great acclaim at the Musikverein in Vienna, Laeiszhalle in Hamburg, Gewandhaus in Leipzig, Philharmonie in Munich as well as venues in Armenia, Russia, Czech Republic, Switzerland, United Kingdom, China, Australia, and Central and South America.
